The Tech support team at Digital3rd were engaged by a local property and facility management company. The team were regularly tasked with delivering first line support to fill gaps in the internal teams rota. This involved logging tickets (using Manage Engine) on IT problems, taking calls to assist employees at the company with their tech issues and contacting technicians so they can go out to the company and resolve issues requiring a site visit. The team at Digital3rd particularly the free pizza when they spent the weekend installing and testing desktop machines as part of an office move. 3 of the Digital3rd team are now employed directly at this company where they are completing a level 4 Apprenticeship.
